ALPR publishes tournaments, accepts team or individual registrations, and may show brackets, match information, and Discord-based sign-up. Event details, capacity, and rules are set per event by administrators.

The service is provided for community competition. We do not guarantee that any event will run, that prizes will be awarded, or that the site will be uninterrupted.

Players sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity that happens through your Discord account. Administrators have additional access to manage events and registrations.

We may suspend or remove access that violates these terms, presents a security risk, or is used to impersonate someone else.

Registrations are per event. Occupying a slot generally means a pending or confirmed registration. Administrators may confirm, waitlist, reject, or delete registrations to run a fair event.

You agree to provide accurate roster and identity information, follow the event's published rules, and not harass other players. Cheating, smurfing against event rules, or abusive conduct may result in removal from an event or the platform.

Team names, images, and other content you upload must be content you have the right to use. You grant ALPR a license to display that content in connection with the event and the site.

Do not upload illegal, hateful, or infringing material. We may remove content that violates this rule.

You may not:

• Attempt to access accounts, data, or admin tools without authorization
• Interfere with the site, other players, or event operations
• Scrape or overload the service in an abusive way
• Submit malware or deceptive content
• Use someone else's Discord identity or team without permission

THE SITE AND EVENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Organizers may change, postpone, or cancel events. Technical advice or bracket results on the site are operational tools, not legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of Puerto Rico, ALPR, its organizers, and quintanal.ai are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost prizes, rank, or reputation arising from your use of the site or participation in an event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Puerto Rico have jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
